Domestic
After landing it's a short walk across the tarmac to the terminal building where you arrive in the departures hall and gate area, perfect if you are connecting onto another flight elsewhere in Greenland. From there it's an escalator upstairs to the baggage reclaim hall and then out to the arrivals hall which is also check-in.

International
I was flying on a domestic flight, but could not see how international arrivals would be handled as there didn't appear to be any immigration control points

I did not see any immigration control points in the airport either inbound or outbound

The baggage reclaim hall was just one belt

There was a goods to declare terminal located down in the departures lounge, but no formal customs area

There is an airport bus that links the terminal to most of the city hotels that runs every hour, but is best booked in advance so they know to expect you.

Domestic
After checking in and passing through security you can either head downstairs and wait in the relatively cramped gate area with a café and the duty free shop, or head upstairs to a large waiting room with lots of chairs, tables and a couple of vending machines

International
I was flying on a domestic departure, but didn't actually see how international flights would be handled as there didn't appear to be any immigration control options
