Originally built as the main international airport for Tokyo, located about 60Km East of central Tokyo.

There are regular services into the centre of Tokyo from a number of different suppliers including express trains and local trains at different price points and lengths of journey. Using the basic JR lines the journey time is about 90 minutes to Tokyo, but costs the least. Express trains cut that down to about 45 minutes

There is a large and spacious check-in hall in the main part of the terminal. From there it's a short walk through the efficient security screening area and beyond there the passport control area before walking through the large duty free shop and out into the departures lounge.

A large selection of shops, including a large duty free shop, as well as the usual selection of high end shops airside

The toilets were all very clean and well maintained
