After landing you walk round to the terminal building and into a large shed which houses the single baggage belt. Once your bags arrive you exit directly out onto the street

There is a very limited bus service into town, which mostly only connects with direct flights from Oslo. From all other flights you need to request a taxi, usually via app or phone as the rank was not occupied when I arrived
