International
After landing it's up the jetbridge into the main terminal building and down into immigration. Cyprus have very kindly allowed UK passengers to use the EU eGates which makes the process much quicker. Once through immigration it's down a short flight of stairs into the baggage reclaim hall and then once through customs out into a reception area for transfers and taxis before exiting into the arrivals area.

Immigration was speedy and efficient, with Cyprus allowing UK passengers to use the EU eGates

The baggage reclaim hall was spacious with five belts and high ceilings making it feel like you weren't all crammed in.

There is a small customs hall with a couple of inspection desks

There are regular shuttle buses from the airport to Limassol taking about an hour.

International
After checking in you pass first through immigration (as of 2024 Cyprus is still not part of Schengen so all departures require to go through passport control) and then into the spacious security screening area which was busy but opertaing speedily when I went through. From there its out into the Duty Free store and then into the main departures area.

I didn't notice anything landside, but airside there is a large food court offering a number of different options from coffee to full meals (and a Burger King)

A large duty free shop that, in keeping with modern airport design, you are forced to walk through between security and departures. There are also several other shops dotted around the food court and in the spaces between gates

The toilets were clean and well maintained
