Hotel booked late in the evening, confirmation was received mid-morning the following day with a full e-mail record of the companies dealings with the Hotel which means you know for certain that the hotel definatly has the booking. 4 1/2 star - Excellent service, very difficult to fault

If you know exactly where you want to go from and to and on which airline it becomes easier. About 10 screens you have to enter details into to confirm you booking but you do get instant confirmation of the flight. Tickets now cost extra to have posted to you or you can present your credit card at checkin. 3 star - Average service with more positives than negatives

Booking took some time due to computer problems which assistant apologized for. Slight error with insurance but this was corrected shortly afterwards. Easier than trying to book with individual airlines, and someone to blame if it goes wrong! Following the booking most of the flight times change and I have to send the tickets back, Opodo then change these over to eTickets without bothering to tell me, so 10 days before I am due to depart I still don't have any tickets. Only after a long phone call did I find out what had happened, no refund of the costs incurred is offered or received. 1/2 star - Dire service, only one or two redeeming features
