Very quick service with a knowledgeable and friendly assistant. Original booking could not be made as the original choice of rooms were unavailable but agent phoned back straight away with offer on slightly different rooms. Voucher, Receipts and Documentation sent promptly through the post |

HOTEL & INSURANCE: 10 minute wait to be served but assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly. Booking took some time due to computer problems which assistant apologized for. Slight error with insurance but this was corrected shortly afterwards. Voucher, Receipts and initial Documents processed on the spot. Amended Insurance Documentation sent by post within 3 days. |

HOTEL ONLY:
Slow website with lots of screens to click through to complete the booking. Instant confirmation of booking. Documents supposedly sent by post but only dispatched on the day I phoned them to complain. Finally arrived 10 days after booking (and only 3 days before flying out!) |
