My Review

November 2007 - The hotel managed to make a complete mess up of the booking, left me out of pocket and didn't appear to care in the slightest
February 2012 - I decided to give the hotel a second chance, everything went smoothly on this occasion, the room was comfortable but noisy. Staff were efficient.
