My Review

Comfortable room and in a great location overlooking the harbour. The hotel itself though was quite dated with the rooms looking tired and in need of redecoration
The staff were efficient, and those in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful, but in other places it felt the service was a bit forced and the smiles a little fake. The major issue was everything was an expensive extra including $16 a night for internet access - the main aim of the hotel appeared to be to get even more money out of the guests after they had already paid not insignificant amounts for the roooms.
