My Review

Comfortable, if slightly souless hotel in the heart of mid-town, close to Times Square and a couple of Subway stations
I had a room on the 17th floor which had good views over this part of the city down to the Hudson river. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly but you got the impression they were all just going through the motions - possibly due to the sheer size of the hotel, 30 odd floors each with 30 or so rooms meant mad scrums at breakfast and dinner added to which I only actually saw a handful of staff the entire time!
