My Review

For a brand that's so consistently good, the Sandown hotel was a bit of a let down, mostly due to the amount of stuff that wasn't working - despite the hotel only being a couple of years old at the time of visiting. Half the lifts, all the vending machines, all the check-in kiosks and the WiFi
The staff were doing their best in challenging circumstances and were all friendly and helpful. The room itself was comfortable and the breakfasts were up to the usual standard.
