Description

The company offers several different tours, all starting from the pier at Caversham Bridge and heading up the river.

The lenght of the tour determines how far up the Thames towards the weir at Mapeldurham you sail, with the 90 minutes tour making it all the way to the weir before turning back to Reading. The shorter 60 and 45 minute tours go less far. An Summer evening 2 hour sundowner tour follows the same route as the 90 minute tour, but at a more sedate pace.

The captain gives a running commentary for the first part of the tour, until the boat turns and then the second half of the journey is without commentary
