Very cramped seats on a very full flight The flight was very full, and got delayed by late loading. The seats were not massively comfortable and very cramped. I'm short so I don't know how someone taller would have coped. Despite ordering a meal on-line nothing was delivered.

Slightly less cramped and half empty flight, very bumpy landing The flight was much quieter than the one out, with more space and it felt like more leg room in the seats. However, my food - ordered on-line - again failed to show up!
