The first hour or so of the journey was in a heavily over crowded train, which eventually emptied out by Shrewsbury by which time the train was more comfortable, but due to the number of passengers no buffet trolley could be loaded so there was no catering on the train for the whole 3 hour journey	No on-board service due to the overcrowding

On time from Aberystwyth	Cancelled at Shrewsbury, arrived in Birmingham 100 minutes later than originally booked

The train was on time all the way to Shrewsbury, where it was cancelled after sitting in the station for 20 minutes due to a points failure further down the line at Wolverhampton. Eventually put onto a bus to Wolverhampton where we had to change onto another train to Birmingham. Transport for Wales didn't care that I wouldn't make any train back to London and told me I was on my own	For the journey until it was cancelled the service was excellent, but from Shewsbury onwards the service was dire and staff couldn't care less
