A comfortable journey on a very full train	The train was heading through to Manchester and any service doesn't really start until after Milton Keynes, so it was not much more than a very fast suburban service

The original train I was booked on was cancelled, the next one was late so by the time we departed we were 40 minutes late	30 minutes late into London Euston

One of the worst train rides I've ever had in the UK. The train was already packed when it arrived at Milton Keynes so it was standing room only, the carriage stank of the toilet and the air conditioning was at best asthmatic.	Because the train was so full there was no on-board service and the train manager was keeping a very low profile
