International
On landing you have to be bussed to the terminal building, even though it's only around 50 yards away. The buses drop you off by the Immigration desks and from there its straight through into the small baggage reclaim hall and out through a colour coded arch to indicate if you are declaring goods into arrivals

Immigration was speedy and efficient with all the desk staffed

The small baggage hall has a couple of belts, which with ski equipment and large bags being claimed make it very cramped.

Customs is a choice of a Blue, Red or Green arch to walk through to arrivals depending on whether you are travelling within Europe or making a customs declaration

There are regular buses on route F from the airport to the Hauptbahnhof. Buses run every 15 minutes and take about 20 minutes to reach the main station

Domestic
I have not flown domestically from this airport

International
Half the front of the airport is the check-in area, but this is quite small and crowded and it only takes about 20 people in a queue to be up against the opposite wall. The small, but efficient, security screening area enters into the departures lounge. Again this is quite small with limited space and limited seating. For non-Schengen flights you have to pass through passport control to a much smaller space with just a toilet and some seats. There are no air-bridges at the airport, so all transfers are by bus, even though the distance to the plane is less than 50 yards from the terminal.
