Rating: |

General: |
A small modern portacabin located on the largest flat bit of the island! |
Appearance: |
A very modern and comfortable building, but still a portacabin |
Domestic
After getting off the helicopter you walk round the edge of the building to collect your bags from the hand pulled wagon which arrives a few minutes later. You don't actually enter the building.
International
There are no international flights from this port.
There are no immigration checks as all flights are domestic.
The baggage is brought round to you at the front of the building on a hand pulled wagon by a member of staff shortly after landing. You don't actually enter the building.
There are no customs checks as all flights are domestic
There are no forms of transport other than a tractor pulled carriage that takes people to the hotel. The island is very small and the heliport is next to one of the major attractions - the gardens.
Domestic
As with Penzance Heliport, you get called though into a small room where you are shown the pre-flight briefing DVD (though it tells you that you are about to take off on a short flight to Tresco!) and then out to the Heliport
