My Review

The hotel has been created from 3 Georgian houses knocked into one and has a slightly jumbled feel to it. The rooms were quite spacious with TV (Standard channels only) and mini-bar. Continental buffet breakfast with the option to pay the extra for a full Scottish breakfast. About 3 minutes walk from Waverly Bridge and the centre of the city. Very friendly staff make this an enjoyable hotel to stay in (£36 pppn)
