My Review

Located on the site of one of the oldest bath houses in the spa city the hotel is one of the most important in the city, which makes it all the stranger that it's a Radisson Blu middle of the road chain hotel. The room was large and comfortable and clearly converted from two much smaller rooms some time in the past.
The main issue was the lack of staff - just one person to cover reception on a Sunday morning when most of the hotel wanted to checkout (in the end I just used the self-service checkout, which is what I assume the hotel is trying to get people to do so they can reduce staffing further.) Those staff that I did interact with were friendly and helpful, but obviously overworked.
