My Review

The tallest, and ugliest, hotel in East Berlin. Once inside, and on an upper floor, the views over the city are excellent. Rooms are narrow and quite small, but the beds are comfortable.
Staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was large and well stocked.
