My Review

A comfortable room (with excellent air conditioning) located about 15 minutes by tram from the centre of Florence
All the staff were very friendly, breakfasts were good and the room was large. Reception staff were a little all over the place and they managed to mess up the bill which had to be redone a couple of times to get it right.
