| 2 and a half hours late leaving Portland due to a dealyed inbound plane (technical fault discovered at Heathrow so plane had to be swapped) | Arrived 3 hours late because of the Headwinds, but then a 90 minute wait at Heathrow for the luggage to finally come round |

| A very comfortable service, but further delay picked up due to a strong headwind across the Atlantic which also created a few bumps along the way | Outstanding onboard service, but totally let down by baggage at the other end taking 90 minutes to be delivered as BA was having (another) baggage meltdown, in part caused by the holidays. |
