A comfortable journey | The onboard service was excellent, but that couldn't make up for the fact that British Airways failed to load any of the luggage on in London, so everyone had to wait at least a day to get their bags finally delivered - an expensive (albeit later refunded) visit to shops to buy essential clothes took half a day off of my trip. |
