Very bumpy flight, I was in the back row and the door to the toilet kept coming open with wafts of loo cleaner! At one point a member of cabin crew used the toilet and then left the door open making the back of the plane unpleasant Lousy service, in particular cabin crew leaving the door to the toilet open, at a point when the fasten seatbelts signs were still on so I couldn't get up to close it. The seat I was in was broken (recline didn't work and the upholstery was damaged, really shabby plane generally. Well below BA's usual standard

The first part of the journey was smooth, but from the Bay of Biscay onwards we had quite a bumpy journey. The plane had been against a head wind the whole way back to the UK, so we were still 5 minutes late as we were about to land, then had to perform a go-around as the plane infront was being slow to clear the runway so we ended up being 20 minutes late in landing Excellent on-board service

Most of the flight was comfortable until final approach where the wind was right on the limit of what a landing at City is allowed in. The pilot warned us that there would be a good chance of having to divert to Gatwick, but in the end with a very bumpy approach we did make it down onto the runwa at City Excellent on-board service and a top class landing in difficult conditions from the pilot

2 and a half hours late leaving Portland due to a dealyed inbound plane (technical fault discovered at Heathrow so plane had to be swapped) Arrived 3 hours late because of the Headwinds, but then a 90 minute wait at Heathrow for the luggage to finally come round

A very comfortable service, but further delay picked up due to a strong headwind across the Atlantic which also created a few bumps along the way Outstanding onboard service, but totally let down by baggage at the other end taking 90 minutes to be delivered as BA was having (another) baggage meltdown, in part caused by the holidays.
