Comfortable journey on a very full train	On checkin my seat was changed, putting me at the very back of the train which would have meant I would have missed the connection had the train to Oostende not been a couple of minutes late. Eurostar didn't apologise and tried to claim it was because they had to change the train type and all the seats were different - yet it was only me with a different seat!

Comfortable journey	Eurostar texted everyone in the morning telling us we had to be at Midi 90 minutes before departure, but when I got there they were refusing to checkin until 60 minutes before departure, with the staff there claiming they knew nothing about texts telling us to be early!

An OK journey, though the guy sitting next to me kept invading my space, well over the arm rest! Service was on time until just before we exited the chunnel, at which point we were diverted into, and held, in Calais-Fr�thun station for 20 minutes as a train ahead of us had hit a deer on the tracks.	No on-board service from the crew, other than one metion of the caf� bar. The display screens in the carriage and the WiFi were both broken just to add to the mix.
