Friendly service, but without a great choice (Cheese or Salami Sandwich) and only a very limited choice of drink (but it was included in the price of the ticket.)

Comfortable flight	Shambolic check-in with one person taking nearly 5 minutes to check a passenger in, the second check-in-in desk being held up by people with crackers in their hold luggage, despite all the warnings!
