A very full train due to a protest taking place in Wellington. Lots of drunk thugs on board so a really threatening environment, though Arriva had put on extra staff and there were police on board	The trolley buffet was being held back so as to avoid having to serve the yobs, which was probably for the best

A very cramped journey, despite it being a bank holiday Arriva saw fit to only put a two car train on	No service, no apologies, everyone for the London train (and that was most of the the train) had to run down the platform to make the connection
