The journey was OK, but the train had been swapped for one that normally runs local services rather than Intercity Services so was quite a bit more cramped with no buffet and the seats were much more uncomfortable for the nearly two hour journey	A small trolley made its way through the train, but there was no other staff around and no apology for the downgrade of the train type

Smooth journey for one stop, and then the train broke down. We were all turfed off the 12 coach fast train at Manningtree and had to pile into the 8 coach stopping train that came through next.	No on-board service on the following train - wouldn't have been possible anyway as the train was packed with no hope of Social Distancing, despite the ongoing Covid pandemic
