The most comfortable bus journey in Norway on a long series of trips with big spacious seats and excellent views from the top front of the double deck coach As this is a standard regional bus service, there is no on-board service

Go Ahead had taken over running the service about a year earlier, but were clearly still suffering problems providing trains. Instead of a modern 6 car train they were using a motly assortment of ancient trains, including the two coach one I had to take that looked like it was a relic from the DDR. Uncomfortable and, thanks to the earlier delayed Frankfurt arrival, but the next one running on time, overcrowded. No on-board service
