My Review

Accommodation in the Tropical Islands Resort is either within the Dome of the water park, or in hotel blocks located just outside the dome, but connected by a walkway. I was in one of the comfort double rooms in the hotel blocks. The room was comfortable if pretty basic, though the bed was quite hard.
The major downside of the room, particularly as building works were taking place directly outside the entrance to the hotel blocks, was the quite lengthy walk up and down stairs to access the block and the room. Also, the rooms were very warm - though the windows do open so on a sub-freezing night that was easily resolved. Breakfast in the buffet restaurant is included in the room rate and has lots of choice, though gets very busy at times.
