My Review

The hotel is in the perfect location right in the heart of Stornoway, opposite the castle on the river. The rooms are quite small and built for the climate up in the islands, so in warm weather the room was quite stuffy - though the windows opened which helped
I had a single room which was just a single bed, and one which had a tendency to roam during the night as the break on the wheels didn’t work. Hot water took a little bit of time to come through on the shower, but apart from that the room was comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent.
